The name translated means Archive Bar, and it gets its name the local trader Peder Devold who ran his fish oil business out of this address in 1905. And in this room, he had his personal office and archives. In our time this has become an establishment that focuses on the old craftsmanship and recipes from long gone times, but with a new twist.
