The name translated means Archive Bar, and it gets its name the local trader Peder Devold who ran his fish oil business out of this address in 1905. And in this room, he had his personal office and archives.

 In our time this has become an establishment that focuses on the old cocktail craftsmanship and recipes from long gone times, but with a new twist. 

On Thursday nights we host different events, each one focusing on a specific time period.

Our bartenders are passionate about their field and want you to experience something unique when visiting us. Therefore, we invite you to let them surprise you with something new – something you didn’t knew you liked or even existed. We know it might take some convincing, but it really pays off.
